Private & Direct Payment clients
Support at home with daily living
Our team of support workers provide 1:1 home visits, supporting clients with a tailor-made care plan aimed at improving their physical health, mental health & wellbeing, or supporting them with other key needs to allow independent living in the community.
Support may include assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, helping with daily living skills, self-care, emotional wellbeing, attending appointments, community activities, and much more.
Social Inclusion & Community support
Our team of specialist support staff will support vulnerable and isolated individuals to reintegrate back into the community, by encouraging participation in community support groups or activities, accompanying individuals to activities to ease initial anxieties, and encourage peer support to and from other individuals with shared interests or similar lived experiences.
Therapeutic Support
Our Therapeutic staff will offer support on a 1:1 basis or in a group setting.
Our highly skilled team of therapeutic practitioners & in-house counsellors provide a variety of therapeutic and practical sessions to help aid mental health understanding & awareness, self-care and coping skills for individuals with lived mental health experience & their families.
All therapeutic support packages are person-centred and provide bespoke session plans based upon each individual’s needs and wants.
Practical support & Signposting
As many vulnerable people suffering with mental illness are often experiencing other difficulties including physical health issues, housing and employment issues, difficulties obtaining welfare benefits or managing finances.
Our team will offer practical support including form-filling, advocacy,and signposting to other relevant agencies in order to help improve difficult circumstances that may be negatively impacting individuals' health & wellbeing.
Self-care & Recovery
Our support staff will offer sessions looking to help individuals better understand their mental health, improve self-care and coping skills. This will in turn, reduce the frequency of individuals experiencing crisis and hospital admissions, and aid vulnerable individuals on their ongoing recovery journeys.
With a specialism in supporting individuals with long-term Mental Health diagnoses & those who are Neurodivergent; our team consisting of Psychologist, Social Worker, BCAP Counsellor & Neurodivergence Lead can tailor-make a person-centred support package that truly works for you or your loved one.
Family & Carer support and advice
As family and carers of those suffering from mental illness can often experience burnout, breakdown, and mental health difficulties themselves, our team will provide 1:1 and group support sessions to those negatively affected by a loved one's ill health.
Sessions will include support with understanding and supporting their loved ones, self-care, and managing their own health and wellbeing.
